Six Months In: Volley Roper is Home

It's hard to believe Volley Roper opened its doors just six months ago. Looking back at these photos, we're incredibly proud of what this project has become.

Today, Volley Roper stands at 100% occupancy with a waiting list of students eager to join. But the numbers only tell part of the story. Walk through the building and you'll feel it: great students, great energy, and spaces that people genuinely love spending time in. That's exactly what we hoped to create.

Getting here wasn't without its challenges. December's relentless rain tested our construction timeline and our patience in equal measure. But standing in the finished product today, seeing the community that's formed within these walls, makes every delay and setback worth it.

To everyone who played a part in bringing Volley Roper to life — our team, our contractors, our partners — thank you. This achievement belongs to all of you.
